I had such a great couple of lessons with Ilke, who helped me with my bed cushions project. She is a super teacher, so knowledgeable and patient. I had never sewn piping or a zip (horror!) in my life and she showed me both enabling me to finish my cushions, thank you!

I’ve really enjoyed my sewing lessons with Ilke! She is patient, knowledgeable and very encouraging, and always takes the time to explain things clearly and make sure I understand before moving on.

I’ve learnt so much already and feel much more confident with my sewing. I also love that the lessons can be tailored around the projects I’m interested in, rather than following a fixed programme. I’d definitely recommend Ilke to anyone wanting to learn sewing or improve their existing skills!
